fee charged to us for shipping.

with inflated shipping charges

shipping service and pick which
one works for you. No hidden
charges at the end of your
transaction, and no handling
fees added on after the

Return Policy
We are proud of our products and
will back their quality. Items may be returned for a full refund or credit if
the returned items meet the following criteria:
•Items must be returned within 30
days of original order date.
•A minimum restocking fee of 15%
will be applied to all returns over
30 days from date of purchase.
•Items must be returned, in good
condition, in the original, unopened
manufacturer’s packaging, and
include all accessories, manuals,
brochures and manufacturer
documentation.
•A Return Authorization Number must
accompany your returned item. You
must contact our Customer Service

and obtain a Return Authorization
Number before returning the
products.
•You are responsible for shipping
and insuring the product once you
have received a Return Authorization
Number from us.

•Our customer service staff will
issue you a Return Authorization
Number which will be used to
identify the return shipment for
processing your credit or refund.
•We cannot accept any returned items
without a previously assigned Return
Authorization Number.
•We will pay the return shipping
costs if the return is a result of
our error (you received an incorrect
or defective item, etc.).
After we have received and inspected the
returned items, credit will be issued within 2 business days.

opening the product.
If we mistakenly ship the wrong item or
a defective item, we will take responsibility for re-sending the correct item(s)
and having the product(s) returned to us at our expense.
